A small piece of advice.....

Most of us are moms/women right? And for those who are not, I believe you are married to/in a relationship with/have a mother, daughter, sister, cousin who is a woman. So I feel like it is safe to discuss this very IMPORTANT piece of advice. Take it very seriously and it will save you all loads of angst!

NEVER...and when I say never I mean NEVER...under ANY circumstances...start a diet while you have PMS.

I'm just saying....

okay - yes, this would be like trying to trying to ride a bike with no wheels. It just ain't gonna happen! Here's the thing to do when you are PMSy... you eat the brownie, you eat the Klondike bar, and you tell yourself, "Tomorrow, I'm going to go on a diet". It really makes you feel better about yourself.

I can't imagine you need a diet, Marybeth! And yes, definitely don't start one during the chocaholic phase of the month. Not good!

Diet for being healthy is good... occassionally needing candy/chocolate while PMSing neccessary! lol
